IRL " innocent until proven guilty", but since there is no law enforcement here, and due to the massive amount of scammers, the safest approach is the exact opposite-
cloudbut are guilty until proven innocent.
they have not denied the accusation, and they are not providing any answers , therefore, IMO not only people should stop endorsing them , yet they should tag them until and if this issue is resolved.
The opposite approach is safer indeed (e.g. it's much safer to tag an account that may be compromised especially if it is a high ranking account as proving the opposite should be trivial). Cloudbet had quite the time to respond to the accusation which they have ultimately failed to do for whatever reason.
