I guess rewriting this rule will solve all the confusion :

I believe this should be like this :
✒️ Daily maximum post count: 10 posts in total which includes daily maximum 2 in Gambling and 2 in Gambling discussion board and 6 in other sections (excluding ~ not allowed sections).
Did you notice this :
1. I make all 12 posts in gambling section within one day in forum time.
As per OP, you should count 2 posts toward daily gambling requirement and total 10 posts for eligible for weekly count. (remaining 2 posts should not be counted for 50 limit).
I understand the real confusion is, you cannot take other sections quota for gambling or gambling discussions.
For example, another currently running campaign stakes.com is having rules like 15 gambling posts per week and daily 10 posts limit. And weekly requirement is 25. Still, you can write 20 gambling posts also for weekly 25 requirements. But, I understand here you cannot.
