Since my good friend found out that Krios have tried to scam the ASIC, SEC and ICO investors by editing the whitepaper and pitchdeck very recently (December 2018)

- Without announcing this to ICO investors, without getting it signed off by authorities - Krios ICO team members have had a lot of time, this is blatantly an attempt to deceive investors and authorities.

This is a ridiculous breach of investors trust - clearly deception - on top of everything else that Krios have done.

Both of them contain claims of illegal unregistered securities in the form of Dividends (10% of fees paid to Krios holders)
