There is nothing as official monero site. But yes people that runs that site are well known. You should definitely report that to admin of that site.  It is a forum. Yes I got same.    I will ask on IRC.  I see people already talk there about it.  Think is that forum is in state of getting replaced, so is not that well maintained.
