I think by end of Q1, so by April 1st, 2019.

But I forget is this is for ETF or for bank stuff...or both. If it isn't for both, then one will be sooner than that, which is awesome.

Less than 2 months to April 2019 and it's quite a short time when the news is still confusing like this, I think there will be a surprise in April and it's hard to guess.

News are not confusing, news are clear. I would bet that once we will hear about the first approved BTC ETF proposal, it takes at least one year than all will be done. The necessary steps related to ADK ETF begun in October and is expected to be solved till end of Q1, but it does not mean that all necessary steps from NSE, CMA cannot take more time. For comparison, the average time for accomplishing ETFs is 7 months from the date when a proposal is approved (by SEC), thus we can expect that other national regulators need similar time, moreover we talk about first crypto ETF so let them work
