I would assume the worst. First copy the wallet.dat to a USB for safe keeping. Setup coinomi and send your entire balance to that asap. I can tell you I formatted my PC about an hour after word spread about how intrusive this trojan was. Other coins were hit, but denarius is still on peoples radars and has always been a target, so guess which coin hit the news.
Still unclear if a wallet.dat can get infected. But pretty easy to wall the QT wallet off in a VM using Oracle Virtual Box with unactivated Windows 10 ISO.
Either way you can run a VM, disconnect the internet and dump your wallet.dat private keys. And move those coins to a new address NOW.
i think we just need private key and copy it to notepad (file .txt) and keep safe or write it to paper .

You want to send to new addresses on a clean wallet before saving that private key. Virtual Box VM with Ubuntu 16.04 installed is a great way to do this and I made that script so its super easy to compile the Ubuntu QT from source.
