I bet we will see better and baddass projects in 2020 simply because bitcoin halving is 2020 ,since what most devs care about is market condition and fear of dumping there tokens 2020 will be a better target for upcoming projects and that doesn't mean there won't be scam projects too ,profits is all we care about isn't it?
Many people say and hope so much about the halving of Bitcoin in 2020, may be the extreamly bloom for whole market but I think if the nature of a project is not good, the increasement price is just temporary, can't keep it survive long
