Analyst prediction is just a speculation and it's never guaranteed to happen, so many predictions that a bullrun at the end of 2018 will commence but it didn't. I think it's best to prevent listening to those so called experts and just let market do the thing then react accordingly.
Market is stable at this point and if considered from last couple of months we will see that it has being around 3500$ and has that resistance level . So at this point it is advisable to buy at this rate before the bull run begins rate climbs up quickly and reaches new high .
