For me too, this is the first real security tokens that I came across. Did you check their new website with whole lot of updated information regarding their STO? Its amazing.
At minedblock site they mentioned that, their token will be granting a share of ownership of the holding company behind the service. I see some good things about this project. Need to review full details, before concluding anything.
It is crucial that projects changed their ways that best suits the execution. It is not usual seeing project opting for STO since many still believe ICOs are as effective; I think time changed and STO are likely to take on the scene?
