Dev pumping vs miners dumping, right !
For mining : It is not profitable to mine in real term, don't expect too much so no disappointment. I have a bit experience in dev pump and dump strategy. I'm immune with sentences like "I like this coin", "I believe in this project", "When good exchange ?", "Where can I buy this coin ?" ... I'm a miner and a dumper myself.
For investment : there is still not any road map or use case or commercial partnership. Right now is not a right time to bet on the coin.

As copy-pasta coin, the real value of the coin is zero. It still needs more projects on top of it to be an asset or an investment.
Well, there are many forks/clones out there in the same situation. The coin price/value is "hope" and "expectation", not real.

Investment / Mining opinion : Negative. Risk outweighs return.
