Analyst prediction is just a speculation and it's never guaranteed to happen, so many predictions that a bullrun at the end of 2018 will commence but it didn't. I think it's best to prevent listening to those so called experts and just let market do the thing then react accordingly.
Yes, we dont really know that yet. Sometimes it is not what you expect that happens.
Right now, everyone is saying the price of cryptocurrencies will fall and just like you have said, lots of them have predicted the price to decrease to $2,500 this February, but the price has gone up to $3,600 instead of the $2,500 as they have all predicted. Right now I wouldnt want the price to go down again, and its going to take everyone by surprise when the bull run comes.
