you may definitely want to upgrade to a new firmware and is that a custom firmware? I dont see that version on Bitmains site. I also have not seen where the hostname is as yours is.

maybe compare the screen to one of the miners that is working? see if all the fields are the same.

here is what mine shows (i am not running the latest version of LPM - the one I have seems to lower power consumption yet leave the hashrate alone. the newest one has been reported at lowering both power consumption and hash rate)
