Both coins are certainly good for a long investment , but if we consider for now then I'm certainly for eos , but so for a short-term form, you can invest in tron they now run their blockchain
TRON can be a good coin for short term investing. However, for long term investing, it's highly recommended to choose EOS over TRON. This is because, EOS is active in development and innovation. It's not based on hype or marketing/promotion, but on real results. Of course, compared with leading cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Cardano, it's somewhat slow in development. However, it's one of the most solid smart contract platforms in existence with a proven technology that's scalable for the mainstream world.
On the other hand, TRON hasn't been widely tested for high transaction throughput. The new BTT token could greatly affect TRON's performance, because BitTorrent itself has a huge number of users. The TRON dev team should focus more on long term sustainability and reliability than hype. Despite many claims of the TRON project, EOS and ETH has been on the lead in terms of active development and innovation.
Over time, we'll get to see whenever EOS will win over TRON or vice versa. But the odds are in favor of EOS than TRON. Just my opinion
