Why would anyone want another centralized exchange? Especially one just like an existing one??

Indeed, though you can make an exchange on your own but it's hard to find traders who you look like a complete duplicate of Binance.
People already love Binance and it's not only because of the UI but because of the reputation they build overtime also.

When you do consider on making an exchange,you can really able to find similar scripts nor templates to be used on other popular exchange but the question is?

Would you able to have the same reputation like them? No, it wont really be that easy. Building trust and reputation is always been the main problem or challenged on any new service that do pops out on the market.
