Will Copperlark miner works with Maxcoin ?

Nope.

Copperlark's and eCoin's specific Keccak implementations differ a great deal from MaxCoin.

Until now there's the official maxcoin-cpuminer source as well as the nvidia CubaMiner (GPU) source available.

Any proofs about differencies?
