Actually not really a true thing that government does not like crypto. They just trying to figure how can they earn money(tax and more) from it. So not very different than us 
No you are wrong. Government sees decentralized thing which they cant control as a threat. Mainly because a government usually have centralized nature, they want everything under control. Blockchain is a natural opposition of centralized governance.
