I solved the problem. I was advised by the wallet developer to download the trinity wallet. And enter 81 characters into it. And wala - I got access to my coins thanks to the key.)

It is the best and most user-friendly wallet for IOTA. And the seed import and generation is much more save as it is with web wallets and others.
