It's  hard to find a legit ICO right now because almost of them was scam and didn't  finish the project. But some others even they are legit but didn't  meet the market so that is why some ICO was also didn't  meet the exchange and they stop the ICO but don't  give up because their are also many legit and meet the  ICO and many opportunities will come if the bitcoin rise.
