For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. 
I remember that during bull run i had open Coinmarketcap permanently.
Now are days that i open it two - three times per day, but sometimes i don't open even once.that way the day when bull really surging so high where rise can go x10 with favorite coins being pumped, those past days that
coinmarket is very useful to decide if the target value is already been hit.
