I have watched that news and im thinking about it too. But just try to get it on the various level. ETF rumour is about the begin as soon as possible. Just waiting for the more news from the western investors and if they are having the same thought and then bullish tren come very soon.
You don't need to rely on the Western investors statements or news because the market said it all already due to it resistance to go below the previous bottom price and gaining some slightly increase in price. Technical, if the trend persist for months then bullish will occur and ETF news/rumors had nothing to do with that because crypto market have been like that for years.
