Mukhang misunderstanding ata ito though. After doing quick research, mukhang ang hinihingian ng OMB ay mga CDs, DVDs, and such. Something something anti-piracy bullshit nila siguro.

1. Importation/Exportation, done by individuals, of optical media, namely compact discs (CD), video compact discs (VCD), digital versatile discs (DVD), as well as video home system tapes (VHS), and betamax tapes, for personal consumption, shall no longer require a license from the Optical Media Board. The mentioned importation or exportation done by individuals shall be presumed to be for personal consumption, provided that said individual imports/exports, in a single shipment, only six (6) pieces or less of the items mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Di na pala kailangan ng license. Kaya siguro madali na rin maka order ng mga physical albums from abroad.

Kay OP naman, makukuha mo rin yan sunod ka na lang sa kanila at wag kalimutan ang mahiwagang PERA. Yan lang naman kailangan nila sayo. Siguro nga dineclare na Media Device yung Ledger mo kaya syempre SOP ng taga Customs forward sa OMB. Mukhang kailangan na rin mag update ng mga rules and regulations ang mga ahensya naten lalo na sa pag usbong at pag unlad ng digital world.
