Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.

Yes. Bitcoin is the king of the cryptocurrency and ethereum is the head of the altcoins i think.
So its price will affect the altcoins. If they on the high price, altcoin will be high too. But if they down, altcoins too.
