It's quite possible, it all really depends on ETF, but 500 $ is not so high and unreal goal, 2019 won't be definitely huge bomb in crypto, but some growth we will see. 
why are you so sure no one has risen high this year , now all coins are green and in my opinion this is one sign that the bull run will come, so it's better to see the reality that is happening
