and what's more , how can you get the details of Difficulty?

Block explorers offer the difficulty, I write the script to fetch it from there and cache it so that the overview loads nice and fast.

Though cryptoexplorer.com has been down all day, that is why dgb, usde and rdd are reporting errors this much.
