We need to hold out until the next growth begins, because now the prices of all coins continue to fall!
I agree with you that better to hold because growing market will begins now but I don't think it will continue to fall.
At present situation it is better to hold on the good coins and sell off the worthless coin or which you feel will not have any future . This price also can be buying more as it quite low in value and hold on till market rises in coming time and sell once you achieve your target price .
