Hehe, from my pure life experience its both and more. I call it wholness. See it as a wheel you have to keep round so it (Your Life is balanced) can roll smoothly or scroll bars You have to continually rise. Components are:
- meaning in service, job, career, mission, vision, goal, path, Dharma, call it whatever, selfrealization
- flourishing relationships
- material abundance
- health (mental and physical - its one thing)
- joy, flow, passion, laughter, bliss
