Has anyone in the U.S.A. received their card? According to the tracking info my card arrived in the US on 26.01.2019 but I still haven't received it.
Yes, a lot of people from US got their cards. I can suggest to you to contact post office or sorting center where is your card and find out why you got delay. Thank you for the suggestion. I emailed the USPS to inquire about the card yesterday so hopefully they get back to me soon.
I contacted the post office to locate the parcel but they have been unable to find it. They are asking for additional information:
Describe the packaging or container (brown box, USPS Priority box)
Describe the item(s) inside the package (new in box, item gift wrapped, loose in the mail, individually wrapped)
Include information about the labeling (wrote on the box, used label)
Update your search by using the descriptive text fields, dropdowns, and/or checkboxes
Provide required and/or recommended information
Could you please provide me with the additional information that are asking for or can you send me another Platinum Card?
