And what about using tokens? Workers, employers will needed ESS tokens for using platform or its will be free for them?

Well, but this is a very old article, while you posted the new one about Finland. But there are any details about using tokens (in previous one and in new one too). How ESS tokens will be used in this program? And are they (ESS tokens) will be used in Finland program at all?
And in old article, you said about collaborate with Dutch government too. But they are not interesting now?
