For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. 
On the contrary, I do not have all the time to do that. I have got so many works to do both online and offline. So I just forget sometimes to do that, except a friend hints me on a development or changes in the market. There wasa time that the market was so bad, I felt discouraged to check CMC at that time. If I also do not have any coin to sell, I will not bother checking.
