I never use Coinbase and Nauticus. I prefer to use Binance for trading especially for beginners. You can get many coins with low price in Binance and sometimes, you can get a bonus because the price can get a pump by some groups. But if you want to try with the new exchanges, then you can go with those exchanges. How about Bitmex? I think it's a good exchange too but this exchange use leverage for trade
