Coinfanatic, you are saying it very well. This is just random noise to trick investors that the project is moving on. Now they just entered a new phase of desperation to push the project forward by throwing ICO money to anybody. I am utterly disappointed on this project and I regret the day I invested heavily into this project trusting some German prinks. They don't have any dignity to show any kind of remorse toward ICO investors who lost a tremendous amount of money. The project is a total failure and they don't want to admit this. They believe that admitting failure is something catastrophic, while this isn't the case. They just need to be honest to their investors who gave them a lot of money.
