Could you please explain me how the voting and staking works? I just send 100 TOMO from my wallet as a vote for some MN and then I get any TOMO back?

You'll receive your rewards automatically in your wallet every 900 blocks (1 epoch).. If you want your Tomo back to your wallet/control, you have to unvote then you'll be able to withdraw to your wallet after 48 epochs (48*900 blocks)
