Is there any official statement if this is the "behemoth" partnership announced some weeks ago?
Unfortunately could not find anything on the official channels. For such an announcement, it is relatively quiet about the news with Rostec, so it would be interesting to know if something is coming or if this is the partnership.
Wondering this too. It's been taking quite some time since this first was announced.
