@SaitamaX - I'm assuming your nickname on Cloudbet is the same as here? I've just asked for an update from our support teams and they have assured me that the issue you contacted them about has now been solved. Thanks again for your patience while this problem was addressed.

I'm aware there is still some ongoing discussion here about various issues, as well as speculation that arose during recent complaints - we will be issuing further comment on this shortly.
