Based on this picture you can actually see the plastic wrap on the ground and a glass divider wall is being put in... suggesting renovations... so again, wrong.

Let us note that in New Zealand it's hardly Monday right now, so going crazy with theories after 1 day has passed since they returned to the building is unnecessary (though it's fun)!
