Well it's nice to know that you gain to what your holding but as of now that bear market is still on, I don't think that some of people now have gaining to their profits. Still hodl it and wait a great wave.
It doesn't really matter how long the bear market has stood. There are still some people making profit each day, especially the Day traders. Imagine you bought some ETH when the price dropped to almost $100. Now, the price is $139 which is a huge profit if you invested $1K. This is what it means when experts say, "it is time to buy the dip."
