That is not even the official ANN.  It was the first announcement but it was created by a community member named Ritocoin.

Basically, Ritocoin is not suited to run the Discord channel and therefore the key members of the community have migrated servers to avoid having Kai at the helm of the server.

Dropped by and gave us a lot of insights into the future of Ritocoin.  I've added a lot of the tidbits into the summary above but I know I missed a bit.  Come on into the server to get it all.
