Constantinople was postponed due to an error, but there is a new date for 02/25/19, and the latest news says that everything is going according to plan.  We wait.  This will not be a new coin, a team working on improvement.  When you are asked to buy you ETH or not, it's just your own business.  Follow the news of the cryptocurrency market, it will be easier to make a decision.
