You just have to HODL. Bitcoin will rise - it is a matter of time only.
I believe as we see lots of other crypto/blockchain projects fail for many reasons, Bitcoin will remain the true digital store of value.
Reasons projects will fail/lose include:
- poor management/governance  -- this also means that the project might be too centralized --   
- poor use cases
- bad architectural decisions that can't be fixed without lots of hard forks
- not really decentralized
- bad incentives / design (poor tokenomics)
- not enough community support
If a crypto/blockchain doesn't get all of these issues right, it will not succeed.
