Binance deserves more confidence than Bittrex, with whom I had problems. In fact, any exchange that keeps your funds can block you, so I stopped using exchanges using exchangers. For example, I used Coinswitch and Changenow, although the latter seemed more convenient to me.
This is really much more convenient from my point of view and more secure, because even Binance sometimes blocks accounts, although it is really one of the best.
