Dont forget our project will have a much bigger reach long term than the first few months, the first few months are important to sell some land, but even with minor funds we can create everything needed. After people will join and buy land.

. That might not be a good way to fomo in the people who will join later. "Sorry, move along, no opportunities here".
Still, waiting for that announcement as the funding / profiting part is still unclear to me.
