I think it's very unlikely. To hit that sort of price I think we'd need a lot of new money coming in, which means a lot of volume. I just don't think it would happen that quickly. In really thin markets, sure, you get sudden spikes... but BTC is bigger than that. At least I think so.

Considering that moment that many users of cryptocurrencies already had problems with finances due to their investments, then which users are likely to react very quickly to the surge in the cryptocurrency market and will sell their coins in order to at least return debts. That is what can negatively affect a bull run if it does happen.
