How is the development on Blackcoin progressing, is anything actually still being worked on? Every time I see a glimpse of possible good idea's but nothing really seems to be happening.
Is there any development working with this coin, where the team?
The team is active but small, new contributors are always welcome. They just released a new client (More) with a few updates and they are experimenting with PoS on the testnet. Although the community communication doesn't happen on bitcointalk much anymore, they are active on gitter, discord, reddit. Twitter account is active and posts updates frequently.
