This accusation is false.

It is not a scam and this accusation is irrelevant, because it is neither an ICO nor a brand new coin. It is just a fork!

I don't support this fork because it's immature and rather a political gesture against Ethereum Foundation and how they threat their own miners. To have a real and functioning ecosystem, the gap between devs and miners should be filled somehow and it is not what this fork is about. They are just reacting emotionally to the way Ethereum Foundation treats them.

Many people in Ethereum community are pushing for a hard fork to change PoW algorithm meanwhile the guy behind this "Ethereum ProgPow" thing goes too far and says: "Who cares about EF and Vitalik or devs? let's fork!". I appreciate the spirit and I think given Ethereum community won't support an ASIC resistant fork, this option should be considered seriously.

But there is no rush! For some reasons @naikmyeong thinks otherwise and is in a rush:

Is he angry with Ethereum devs who do not behave properly and say irrational things about a stupid roadmap over and over and feel not responsible about the real, on the ground problem of Ethhash being under attack by ASICs for like a year? Probably!

Is he looking for some fame and reputation to feel more important? I don't know.

Does he think that forking even without consensus and mining such a coin is probably is probably more profitable than current ridiculous situation with Eth gpu mining? Probably! Is he right? I can't speculate, but gpu mining is a nightmare nowadays and the very people who escalated it (Vitalik and his gang) now feel no responsibility and do nothing regarding  their promise about ASIC resistance.

Is he angry with Constantinople fork and block reward decrease? Probably! Vitalik group are decreasing the block reward to help the price by decreasing the supply without paying attention to thousands of people who have invested on mining this shitcoin.

Is he an scammer? Absolutely not! There is nothing at stake to be scammed.

Now we have this pictures and a stupid web designer who has picked some random pics for test purposes or anything, so what? It just proves my point:  this fork is immature and just an emotional reaction to Ethereum Foundation and Vitalik Buterin who fail to support mining community.

EDIT: I just sent user @naikmyeong  a trust signal (first in my career) and meritted his humble reply. I strongly recommend users who have given negative feedbacks retreat their action. It is not how we should behave with each other.
Stop biting people!
