Good for you, if they did able to unblock your account but on the rest cases on here do happen on opposite way specially the accounts which do have big balances.

C-Cex uses automatic account enabling.
You should create a support ticket.
Use Type of issue: accessing your account and e-mail, which you used when registered. It could be different than current.
If you get blank screen, use proxy to access.

You clearly dont know Yuri, he can and does block users from making support tickets even if all the tickets have been clean and not spammed..

But I use trading robots and sometimes my accounts are being blocked. But with the algorithm above I unblock it easily.
The algorithm is tricky, so I want to share it with other people.
