Was reading all this story and casting all emotions aside understood that problem was with verification of your account. You were requested for some additional docs to proof your identity or something.. and later video.. looks like something wrong with documents that you're provided since you failed Mate are you sure that you wrote honest feedback or you just dissemble some facts? I never had problems with verification on any platform, sometimes it's really complicated process due regulations and requirement companies has but I never failed.
Complain on unearned profits sounds a bit stupid, you should take a note that there are some requirements and to complete it will take some time
