There is absolutely no account protection.
do not use lhcryptoOf course, it's not your problem. However, when the system doesn't have any 2FA - according to Kohloe's complain - to atleast stand a chance, then it's your problem. Not even email authorization for withdrawals or alerts? That's just downright callous and does not inspire confidence in the rest of the community.
Also, what I'd have expected at the very least is an investigation in Kohloe's claim to ascertain the truthfulness and establish the facts for the community. There's way too many shady ongoings in crypto and be default, the community will always err on the side of caution
