Exrates ( https://exrates.me ) is the one with most BTX volume at the moment but don't know much about their reputation.

Last time I checked, exrates had most of the volume fake(like 90% more fake volume). Good luck.

Also its user interface sucks very much. It was a long time ago since I used that exchange (during the madness of btc forks) and I didn't like that exchange not one bit. I was able to get my coins but they randomly raised the doge withdrawal limits because of those fork coin dumpers and that raised a red flag.
