We are glad to announce that we have finalized the sale of the 1% Stakes for OFFSHORE+!! We have begun to add real estate portfolio to OFFSHORE+ and have enabled customer registrations on OFFSHORE+. From now on, our focus will be adding more products and services to the OFFSHORE+ marketplace. We want to thank our community for the huge support and cooperation.

As you know,  in our roadmap we have scheduled to launch a DEX (or managed exchange) for March. We have already started to work on the exchange code and related preparations. We will launch our exchange in March and will announce the exact launch date soon. We are also going to launch Stake sales for the Exchange platform too.

Stake owners will get their weekly profits from the exchange. For now we are only offering OFFSHORE+ Stake owners to buy Exchange Stakes. If needed we will make this sale public. Thank you for being a part of our great community.
