There is no best time that today so better to jump in now and ready to face the market with your skills. Smiley
We need dump if we want to buy but if we want to sell we surely need a pump and that is what is happening now, it's a pump.
However, people should jump because the price is still cheap, BTC reached $20K so the price now is just 20% of its all time high, that is the opportunity.
